RETURN POLICY
- Our hope is that you love your new item(s), but we understand sometimes it doesn’t work out! We are happy to accept your returns for exchange or store credit for items that have been unworn, unwashed, unaltered and are free of stains and damage (including smell).
- We hope you can understand that BOOTE is a small business (seriously, it’s just one of me) and we do not offer refunds. This policy was also created for our customers. These products are intimate items, therefore, your merchandise must be sent within 10 days of delivery in order for us to honor your request for exchange or store credit.
- Returns sent to our facilities without BOOTE's prior approval will not be fulfilled and will be donated to a charity on your behalf.
- You are responsible for the return shipping fee.
- We only offer one exchange per item. Meaning, once you receive your new merchandise, it is yours to keep forever. If there is a price difference in your exchange, you will receive the balance in store credit.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- All exchanges will process in approximately 1 week
- Only when we receive your exchange, we will send out your replacement.
- We do not handle any customer support over our social media channels.
RETURN PROCESS
We gladly accept exchanges/or store credit for items within 10 days of delivery. In order to make an exchange or receive store credit, please take the time to fill out the form below.
This form below must be filled out first in order for your exchange/store credit to be recognized. Please allow 24-48 hours to get a response and note we do not process forms on the weekends and holidays.
Once your exchange is approved you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item.
